Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable.

Custom orders or specialty rentals may not be eligible for refunds.

If Chiavari Depot is unable to fulfill a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive an appropriate refund or mutually agreed alternative.
